After you make a purchase with us, it takes a few days for your points to reflect in your account. 

If the points aren’t added to your account within 5-7 days of your purchase, please contact our customer support team at customer@earlysunday.co

All gift vouchers are distributed in INR. Only one voucher can be used per order, up to a value of ₹500.

As long as you use the email ID registered to your account, all points for purchases are added to your account even when you’re not signed in.

You can check your total points earned under the ‘Your Account’ section of your profile.

All points you accumulate are valid for 1 year from the date of having earned them. After this time period, your points will be reset.

Only one promotion can be applied to every purchase - so either your points or the voucher can be used.

Points for referrals are added to your account 21 days after the referred friend places their order - within that time period, if the friend cancels or returns their order, you do not get the points for referring them.

Once your points have been redeemed, they cannot be refunded or returned
