Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that the actual visual representation, product description, or specifications of the product(s) upon delivery may differ slightly from those displayed online on our platforms, due to reasons beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the online depiction and the delivered product.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices offered through the website may differ from those at other locations, and the posted prices do not include handling charges.

Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled before the shipment process is initiated. Please contact us within 2 hours of order placement for cancellation.
- Once the shipment process has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Domestic Return/Exchange Process & Policy:
- If the courier parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon receipt, please do not accept the product and immediately inform us. Early Sunday™ will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- If you receive damaged merchandise, incorrect size, or quality issues, please email us a picture of the product along with the order details within 48 hours of receipt. Early Sunday™ will arrange a replacement without any extra cost.
- For returns or exchanges, please email us a request along with a picture of the product within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Upon receiving your return or exchange request, we will confirm the return and guide you on the return shipment process.
- Pickup will be arranged by Early Sunday™ through our assigned logistic partner at no additional charge.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- Upon passing the quality check, we will either issue a credit note or process a refund in case of a return.
- If you wish to exchange the product for an item of higher value, a coupon for the value of the current product will be issued by Early Sunday™, which can be redeemed while placing the order, with the balance amount payable.
- For exchanges to a product of lower value, Early Sunday™ will ship the new product to you, and the balance amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be refunded.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. If you wish to return an exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
- Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
International (Outside India) Return/Exchange Process & Policy:
- Unfortunately, Early Sunday™ does not have an exchange policy for international orders.
- The full amount will be refunded in case of cancellation before shipment.
- Return requests can be raised within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
- The customer is responsible for return shipment charges for international orders.
- The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- If the product passes the quality check, Early Sunday™ will issue a credit note or refund the amount.
- Refunds will be processed as per standard transaction times.
- In case of defective products, please email us a picture of the damaged product along with order details within 72 hours of receipt. Early Sunday™ will either send a replacement or provide a credit note.
- Only product costs are refundable. Shipping and other charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Rules of Return/Exchange Process (Domestic and International):
- The product must be unused and undamaged.
- The product should have its original packaging, tags, and all items received with it.
- Items without tags or packaging will not be accepted.
- Products bought under sale offers are non-refundable.
- The color of the product may slightly vary from the image displayed online due to screen resolution differences. This variation will not be considered a defect.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
- You will be updated on the status of your return at every step.
- Once your return is validated post-quality check, a return authorization mail will be sent by Early Sunday™.
- A closure email will be sent once your return request is finalized.
- Early Sunday™ reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, reject, or offer alternative resolutions for any return or exchange requests, based on our quality check results.
Refund Process:
- All refunds, except for wrong or damaged products, will be issued by Early Sunday™ as store credit with a one-year validity.
- Returns typically take 7 to 10 working days to reach our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only after the return has been checked by our in-house team, which usually takes 1-2 working days.
- For Cash-on-Delivery orders, please provide your bank details with the IFSC code to receive the refund via bank transfer.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days, based on the standard processing times of banks and payment gateways.
- Domestic returns or exchanges will incur a return shipping fee of INR 300, irrespective of free or paid shipping services at the time of order.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Further, while we strive to display accurate price information, we may on occasion make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrence.
